The app does what is necessary. It is good to have such a solution. However, there is absolutely no support. I mean not even a confirmation email saying that the request has been received. This limit the potential of the app and to be honest I am frustrated of paying a dev that ignores clients questions. Pretty surprising for a German company. Works well in regards to VAT, but the app doesn't work with Shopify discounts. Only customers who do not have a valid VAT ID can use the discounts.
