It seemed good app, but customer support is very strange not interested in helping or improving in any way. Asked why do we need their app if we have this option in our store already... price is pretty high and description is confusing... stated that with the basic plan they offer one store and one language, no word about one currency and in the settings they have option for multi currency. Anyway there are better apps.
I'm very confused about your review?
For starters we responded within minutes and said we would request access to you store and try to help you because you said you had a lot of custom coding.
Then I noticed you had a multi store and that was one reason the app didn't work out of the box with the basic plan. You thought it was unclear what a multi store was. And we kindly took the feedback and have already added even clearer differences, one currency for basic and multiple currencies for premium.
After this we checked your store and could see you already had the functionality of our app so of course it's a legit question to ask if there is something you are not happy about with the current setup. If we have a solution or not on this matter.
Sad that you only want to lower our rating on our app since you clearly don't even need our app or support.
