TaxCloud Sales Tax Automation

Starting up a Shopify store quickly led me to the realization that I wanted help with tracking and filing taxes in multiple states. Taxcloud has been wonderful. Their onboarding is very smooth and a specialist walks you through the process and they are available for any questions. They are professional, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Taxcloud has put our minds at ease with sales tax compliance. Filing sales tax each month for numerous states is daunting, but Taxcloud has taken that work load off our busy plates.... and at an affordable price!

Been a good experience so far. Alessandro and Karolyn have been holding my hand through the onboarding process. I was previously paying 5x what they are charging to an accounting firm, so I'm really happy to be with taxcloud.
That being said, I've only just finished the onboarding. I'll edit my review if I have a terrible experience in the future. but things are looking good

Got tired of Avalara raising prices and simultaneously not caring about our business, so in rare form we answered a cold call from Taxcloud. SO glad we did because it's leading to a positive change. Thus far the TC team has been FAR more helpful, presents reasonable & straightforward pricing, and we're looking forward to the partnership.

I needed to find a way to get sales tax compliant in several states, but wanted it to be easy and not add to my load as a small business owner. I chose Tax Cloud and so far it's been a great experience. The onboarding was simple. I appreciated having live help during the integration process. I think the cost is very reasonable, but more than that, I love the peace of mind in knowing that all of these crazy sales tax thresholds are being managed and sales tax is being filed and I don't have to have to give it a second thought.

I was determined to do all our tax filings myself, but I got overwhelmed with how every state is different and it took so much time that I really didn't have. I checked out several services and TaxCloud won, both with the service I received even before becoming a customer and in price. Onboarding was easy and now I can do all the jobs I can't farm out, without getting stressed about taxes hanging over my head. This sounds like a commercial but honestly it is exactly how I feel.

Setup was smooth, the process is straightforward, and the team is responsive and helpful. Night and day experience compared to other systems we've used in the past.
