I started using teeinblue 2 months ago and it took me a while to understand the tool. Also because I started with the most complicated products. However, the support team was always there for me and answered my questions. Once you know how it works teeinblue is actually easy to use. It is a great tool for personalized products and the price is good as well. I will keep using teeinblue for my shop.

Worst customer support that you can ever imagine.

They only work on hong kong singapore hours so if you're in the US, Europe than this app is not going to work for you.

They will only give you a reply on hong kong singapore hours so you have to wait 1 whole day in order to fix something as little as changing the colors

Teeinblue is a bit of a learning curve at first, but once get a handle on it. It is an absolute game-changer for enhancing customer experience as it allows for so much customization to your products.

Furthermore, the customer service was wonderful. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, their support team was prompt, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed, especially Lexie she is awesome!

Keep up the great work! :)

It really, really sucks. Customer representatives are not helpful at all. They don't answer for hours and at the end of the day they say their shift is over. They don't help even for the smallest problem. They are not worth the money at all and I am sure I will terminate my entire membership. It's not a fair practice, employees don't know what they're doing! I will never install this app again!!!!!! Never!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I'm pretty good at putting sites and structures together. but, this is insanely hard. I am glad to see others figured it out. I can only imagine how many more customers they would have if they simplified their system! I might change my one star if I figure all this out. Just WOW, for now.

Bin aktuell noch dabei Artworks für meinen Shop zu erstellen, aber ich muss bis hier schon mal sagen, dass der Kundenservice spitze ist! Mir wurde bzw. wird bei jeder noch so kleinen Fragen so schnell und präzise geholfen, das ist Wahnsinn! Bitte weiter machen!
