Mighty tool with a lot of features and solutions for business needs <3

+ easy to implement
+ Top direct support via live chat, super friendly and helpful
+ comprehensive knowledge base
+ continuous improvement of the app
+ requests for Enhancement via feature request possible + voting on other requests already placed
+ Facebook group for community and exchange

- complex system, not easy/fast to understand in the beginning
- UX issues in frontend concerning
- SEO issues out of sync logic between app and shopify
- data structure within app logic forces me to manage duplicate assets
- sometimes loadtime issues in backend (only in backend, shopfrontend is not affected
- some struggle between template and app - who will win?

Exellent Team Support! They are very patient in helping me solve my problem. It is not a problem with their system, but a problem with the third-party integration platform, but they have the patience to help me solve it in a shorter time.

The support from the Teeinblue team is unique! Every question is answered in no time and problems are solved at the speed of light. The app is constantly being expanded and improved. Users have the opportunity to express wishes and suggestions and attempts are made to implement them. This is absolutely TOP!

The instructions for the app are extensive and the operation and setup are absolutely understandable.
Many print-on-demand partners are affiliated with Teeinblue and it is so easy to send an order to the print service provider.
