Today is Feb. 21, 2022. I've made a sample order since Jan. 21, 2022 and my status hasn't changed from "In Production." If I ever get my sample or my order canceled, I'll update this review. Until then, let it be known that this is an app to avoid. UPDATE Feb. 22, 2022: They were swift to respond, and provided insight on my problem. It turns out the product was out of stock but was slated for a delayed delivery. They said I should've received an email about it about 17 days ago (from the time of their response), although I couldn't find that email. Nonetheless, they seem very courteous, so no complaints there. I opted to wait for the product, so I'll provide another update when that expected in-stock date comes around. I'm updating my 1 star review to 3 stars. UPDATE Feb. 25, 2022: I found the missing email. It turns out it was sent to a different email address from the address I was using for my review/complaint. That's forgivable since it was a technical/configuration oversight on my part. In hindsight, we should've verified the address where the email was sent to cause I incorrectly assumed the address I was using was the same one they sent their email to. This happens when Shopify uses one email for accounts, and can use a whole other automatic emails; And within each app, another email can be used all together. It might be easier to have a single location where we manage all emails, and where & how they'll be used... But that's conversation for the Shopify platform itself, not you guys. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. UPDATE Mar. 15, 2022: I received my item yesterday (Mar.14), a little over a week sooner than I was expecting it. Let me tell you, the product pictures didn't do this thing justice. I wish I could post a photo here cause it's pretty awesome. Things go wrong in life, but how you recover says a lot. Great job guys! I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.
I just wanted to provide an update here. The particular product VI BOSS ordered was backordered until late March, we sent an email but it was not received by VI BOSS, but we have communicated with VI BOSS and the minute the product arrives from the port we'll get it printed and shipped to the customer.
We use teelaunch to offer our customers seasonal designs and unique products so we can get quality product out, fast! No need to buy bulk and guess size breakdowns and wait for production time. The DTG is top quality and products are name-brand.
I love the teelaunch Shopify app. It’s super easy to use and Teelaunch gives the fastest, friendliest customer service around. I am so very pleased with them!
I'm liking this so far- only thing that's "annoying" is changing all my designs to a specific size for upload BUT it is what it is.

I have been using this app for about two years. Great selection of products. Any time there is an issue I need help with, their customer service has always been prompt to respond & extremely helpful. Kristy is absolutely amazing!

When utilizing a service like Teelaunch, there are important items to consider. Having an integrated app, a large catalog selection, and the manpower/facilities to fulfill & ship orders timely are the first things that are accessed. But one thing that most businesses overlook is how will the company respond to problems?
It is inevitable that mistakes or systems issues will occur, packages will get lost or stolen, and sometimes the product itself will have an error. The key to making it through those rough spots is having a true partner in your business, that cares as much about your customers as you do. That's hard to find in the Print-On-Demand space, and I'm so happy that Chris (the owner) takes this aspect seriously at Teelaunch. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who has been my contact whenever I reach out to support.
As a business owner, I want to know what's happening behind the scenes when there is a problem, because that arms me with facts/information to help my customers. A lot of providers will just give you bare minimum responses, without specific details, and that is not helpful at all. But Anthony will make sure that I know what really happened, and work with me on options to make it right (both for my business and for my customers)! He has even gone so far as to offer me a kind word when I was having a rough, stressful day to help me keep going.
Thank you to Chris, Anthony, and the rest of the Teelaunch staff for offering products that the market wants, and for helping me to grow my family business. And most of all, thank you for being there with me to celebrate the wins, and resolve any issues/concerns when they arise. I'm glad to have you as a partner!
I ran into an issue with a support person at TeeLaunch who gave me incorrect information, said some things he shouldn't, and basically told me to use another POD. Luckily, that wasn't the end of the story. Chris, the owner of TeeLaunch, contacted me directly to resolve the issue. Chris was very friendly, and more than willing to do whatever it took to fix things. No company is perfect but, when the owner of a company takes their personal time to fix an issue for one of their clients, that's a company you WANT to work with! I will definitely continue to do business with TeeLaunch.
teelaunch is my go-to POD app! Wonderful customer service with fast response time and resolutions - but I hardly ever have to contact them because everything runs so smoothly! The closest thing to set-it-and-forget-it that's out there.
teelaunch offers products that other POD suppliers don't at very reasonable prices. The cutting boards and doormats really help to round out my offerings. Most importantly, their customer service has been very responsive and they do a terrific job! Recently they spent most of a day walking me through an issue that, as it turns out, wasn't even on their end. Highly recommended!
