teelaunch: Print on Demand

The hiccups with the database has been a hassle. But, other than that, you guys are always on point. Love you guys.

Teelaunch has been the only print on demand company that has excelled during this pandemic, customer service replies swiftly, is helpful, if a refund or replacement is required they respond promptly and professionally. Not only that but the products I sell from their company have garnished nothing but 5 star reviews from customers.

I Love it. I order all my products from here and it helps expand the services I can provide to my clients.

Chris is very much a professional, highly reactive and is working on making the refund process more clear for us users to not be left in debt and customers receiving incorrect orders. He has issued me a refund for the miscommunicated order by my customer.

They promote all their amazing features however when it comes to refunds, they hide everything related to it. Customers are unpredictable and they may at times request refunds for placing incorrect orders, shopify understands this and allows you to do it seamlessly however Teelaunch have no where indicated on their app of how to issue refunds until it's too late. Currently looking for another option with a seamless refund process.

I've cancelled and refunded an order from Shopify and it does not link to Teelaunch, their processes are not defined and you try to find information on refunds and it's too late. You try to seek help and it takes 24 hours for them to get back and by that time the product is already processed according to the dashboard. I've paid for an item now which was of incorrect size and now has been sent to the customer who had been refunded. I have yet to receive a refund and apparently i will not be getting one.

I've been using Teelaunch for 3 years. If you're looking for a top-notch product and unparalleled customer service, look no further. Not only are the quality of their products excellent, but the customer service experience is second to none. From design to delivery, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful whenever I encounter issues. The turnaround time is fast, and the pricing is competitive. I highly recommend Teelaunch to anybody who asks me how to make a store like mine because they're the best. Add this app if they have what you want and you won't look back.

Teelaunch has been an awesome POD partner. They have lots of apparel to choose from (among other great items). Most recently they've added new personalization features which are in demand right now. Customer service is quick and responsive! If you need a question answered Kristy will be there to help you along the way.

Awesome app! I've been using the Teelaunch app for awhile now and it's awesome. It's so easy to navigate and launch products quickly. They also offer some unique POD products that you won't find elsewhere. All orders are fulfilled in the US (not China!) so shipping to my US customers is super fast!
