Teescape: Print On Demand

These guys are great. Had only mediocre results with other DTG printers. While Teescape lacks a little in selection and custom branding, their pricing and response to orders is probably the best I've seen. Look forward to them growing out their offerings!

Can't go wrong with Teescape. Also, Jeff is the man.

Teescape offers the BEST customer service , quick fulfillment, fair prices, and nice print quality (way better that any of the other POD suppliers I ordered samples from!)

Their Shopify app is really easy to use, and the mockup generator is great.
I just wish they offered a wider garment selection, and other print products (mugs, phone cases, pillows, etc).

All in all- Teescape's highly recommended! It took me a while, but I'm so happy I found these guys. Don't waste your time or money with any of the other POD service providers.

YAY TEESCAPE! I'm so thankful for Teescape! AWESOME customer service, so reliable and kind with their communication. What a breath of fresh air! If you are looking for a dependable teeshirt fulfillment service, Teescape is the way to go!

My backstory:
Holidays are tough for everyone within the world of retail.
I experienced the most difficult holiday of my life (so far) because of my old teeshirt provider's lack of service. My old provider left me in the dirt, right before Christmas, to handle half a months worth of orders that they were just not fulfilling. The old provider literally just ignored my emails. Dealing with their dead end service while customer emails piled up was not fun for me to say the least.

Finally, after countless emails to my old provider, I began my search for a new provider. I consider myself blessed by angels because I was fortunate enough to discover TEESCAPE.

I came to Teescape with a hefty amount of unfulfilled orders and Jeff took care of me. The entire process of getting all my old orders transferred to Teescape was so much easier than I had anticipated. Jeff took my exported orders sheet and worked his magic on them. Everything was organized, created and sent out within a week, and then he sent me all of the tracking numbers to send to my customers.

Finally! I had something to tell my customers.
I am pretty positive that all of them received their orders before Christmas as well.

That whole interaction could not have gone better, and I am so so so grateful for Jeff at Teescape for helping me get all of my customers their product before Christmas.

Great Quality Print! If you haven't tried this company, you need to. I have tried a number of different POD providers and Teescape by far has the best quality print.
If they would offer neck label printing, they would be the full package!

Can't say enough nice things about Teescape. Truly one of the most underrated POD companies. Fufillment is super fast compared to other POD providers, I've had only 1 misprint with over 400 orders. Customer service is next to none, they consistently respond within a business day, even during the holidays! Could they have more stock, more products? Sure, that would be nice, but if it sacrifices the quality and operations, I'd prefer not to!

When you're building a brand, customer service and quality are one of the most important things to building a long-term business. Teescape ticks off all the boxes for me!

The only complaint, if I could nitpick one, is shipping prices internationally are VERY expensive. Sometimes it sucks up all your margins, but that's Print On Demand for you.

It’s a real shame that this companies app wont work on iphone/ipad to setup your products :( Have contacted teescape and they said use a computer but I dont use computers as I travel a lot and use ios devices.

I really cant say enough about Teescape. Ive tried many POD, Teescape's pricing, ease of use and CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! Any time I have a question, they reply in record time. I recommend them to anyone.

So far so good. I ordered a sample product and it was fulfilled and shipped quickly. The app is also very user friendly with clear instructions throughout. Man I just wish I could have found these guys sooner in my business journey.

This company has probably effectively put me out of business! I called on the 9th of December to inquire about the business and to see if I should move shirts over to them. Even with it being the holiday time, i was told that while they were busy, there shirts were still getting out at a reasonable timeframe. 10 days later i still have shirts sitting and will not reach customers in time for Christmas. Almost guaranteeing bad reviews from the customers. I'm not sure if it was just one person not knowing information or not, but DO NOT believe in what they say of a quick turnaround. You'll end up with unhappy customers waiting 2 weeks for simple shirts!
