Amazing for adding on multiple options and when a small error accrued the team was super helpful in explaining this and then even fixing the issue for me.

Fully worth having this app add on.

I am absolutely loving Tepo app. My product is fully customizable and Tepo app has a great functionality for it. It's fantastic that personalization options open up as a separate popup window, as the product has a lot of them. This helps the product page to stay clean and short without overwhelm. The text field shows the text written in the customer's choice of the font. The design is sleek and minimalistic. It's easy and intuitive to use. The customer support answers fast and helps a lot with questions and customization. This app is very professional. Highly, highly recommended.

Customer support does wonders and gladly helps to tweak the style of Product Options to match the theme that was built with Gempages. Roza is amazing at helping code things on their side.

The app works lighting fast.

At first, I tried another APP: OPTIS Product Options, Variant. But their app has many bugs, and after 2 days of fixing, their support said they could not solve the problem. Then, I tried this app. I initially met the same problem, but the support team solved my issue in 30 mins. You guys work great.

Our review is a little overdue (sorry). The service from Hazel and the developers in ensuring a bug was fixed on our store (through no fault of their own and a was due to a theme release) was fantastic. They understood the issue quickly and resolved it quickly to insure minimum impact. The product itself is fantastic and meets a lot of needs (using the free version). I would have no issue upgrading to the paid version knowing the support is there when our store grows.
