Great customer service, great communication, works very well on my store, 10/10 recommend to anyone.
App is very intuitive and easy to use. Works very well, no bugs or glitches that I've encountered. Styling could've been made easier by letting us set classes to fields and group but it's not a huge deal.
By far the best of the ten or so variant apps I've tried prior to choosing Tepo. I think this is the best option at the moment until Shopify natively raises the variant limit.
Support is A++. Always got a reply within 5 minutes if contacted during Vietnam business hours. Very knowledgeable people who get right to the point without sending a paragraph of customer service fluff first. Never had to repeat anything twice and never had any misunderstandings. Best tech support of all of the Shopify apps we use at the moment.

Very easy to use - does exactly what I need it to do - enough options to be really flexible but not overwhelm. Very quick support (user error not the app) - highly recommend!
The support team at Tepo deserves special mention. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and they go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.

This app is exactly what I needed to give my product a multi option.
I’m disappointed with this app. The support is unresponsive, and I encountered several urgent issues that needed resolution for setting up my store. The inline button feature is buggy, and the input number field allows special characters, which is not ideal. Because there was no support to help with these problems, I had to switch to another app. Overall, the app provided a poor user experience. I expected much better.
