We've used this app for a couple years with no issues.. We installed another app that had somehow made the checkbox intermittent. I contacted the team through the chat on the app and they replied within minutes, looked into it and needed collaborator access. I used this app to ask customers to agree to our terms and conditions before proceeding to checkout. There was some minor hiccups at the beginning but Effective Apps were extremely quick to help and fix the issues. They accessed the store theme and fixed the matter within minutes! This app is perfect if you have specific terms that you require customer agreement to before checking out. Highly recommend.
