Excellent free app. Easy to setup and customise with no coding skills necessary. Highly recommended for anyone needed to add a terms and conditions checkbox.

The app works well with the dawn theme, since you cant modify the default theme content.

Highly recommended! The checkbox was not showing up in the phone version but Scott helped us to settle it down in a second. We asked him to help us to leave some space between the checkbox and the button to look nicer, he did it for us so quickly and professionally. Love this app and their CS!

Super fast and easy! I thought I had to go through coding but by downloading this app, everything came so handy.

The application works as it wants, at some moments the application adds a checkbox, but often (when adding a product and using the shopping cart it does not show it)

Easy to install and activate the app and does exactly what I need it to! Checkbox for terms and conditions now visible on our website's cart page.
