I had a minor issue with the product title of my product shifted to the right and they fixed it very quickly and while they were working on it they also fixed another issue I was not aware of. Not a big issue again but they did fix it for me. I love this app, it is very affordable for the value we get and it's important to be able to rely on a great tech support when an issue is rising.

So friendly! It's simple to use and they even installed it on my page for me and dealt with my annoying questions in a very professional manner. They have a free version, but the packages are very inexpensive and worth it!!

This is a nice app for more general reviews and testimonials and it works well on my front page where people can see the type of reviews I am getting and not just on a product page. Kind of like a first impression. Support is very responsive and I highly recommend.

I use this app for my testimonial reviews on my website. Working with this app has been an absolute joy. Their customer service is Bar none! Very efficient app. I like the choices it allows. The developer kindly installed it on my site, both on the home page and on my testimonial page. Recently, the reviews disappeared from my home page, but the developer promptly restored them as soon as I contacted them. They’re very courteous and responsive. Happy with this app!

I had a technical issue using this app, but they were quick to get back to me and quick to fix it. I’ve been looking for an testimonial app that will allow me to manually enter in my old reviews while still letting me capture new ones, so I was so relieved to finally find this app.
