I had a minor issue with the product title of my product shifted to the right and they fixed it very quickly and while they were working on it they also fixed another issue I was not aware of. Not a big issue again but they did fix it for me. I love this app, it is very affordable for the value we get and it's important to be able to rely on a great tech support when an issue is rising.

The inexpensive app offers limited value for money. The user interface is poorly designed, lacking the functionality to resize images. Switching between layouts requires saving each option and repeatedly refreshing the page, which is an inefficient process. Implementing a preview display for each layout style would significantly enhance the user experience.

The app exhibits frequent glitches over the course of three months, occasionally disappearing or malfunctioning. The developers attribute these issues to a cache problem. Despite attempting to access the app on my mobile device, I was unable to do so. Frustrated, I opted for a more reliable and user-friendly app priced at $15 per month. The customer service provided by the original app has been ineffective in resolving my concerns.

Take a closer at the top 5 reviews of this app, none of the shop actually uses this app. Crazy.

So friendly! It's simple to use and they even installed it on my page for me and dealt with my annoying questions in a very professional manner. They have a free version, but the packages are very inexpensive and worth it!!

This is a nice app for more general reviews and testimonials and it works well on my front page where people can see the type of reviews I am getting and not just on a product page. Kind of like a first impression. Support is very responsive and I highly recommend.

I use this app for my testimonial reviews on my website. Working with this app has been an absolute joy. Their customer service is Bar none! It's so nice to know that if I have any trouble whatsoever that they are there for me. From small fixes to big their customer service is what I would appreciate from all my apps.
