I run a flower store in Germany. I now want to offer online shipping and pickup and have opened a store for this. I am still very new in the matter and have no experience at all. For products I need a text field so that the customer can add his wishes and notes to the order. The setup was super easy, I would not have expected that. Exactly what I was looking for!

This is like the 3rd time Anna has helped me. She's amazing, especially dealing with me because I feel needy! LOL!
She helped me with questions on the beta version of upcharging options. She fixed my packing slip so it wasn't cluttered with info I didn't need and made it look more organized.
I can't say enough about the customer service testify offers, especially being in the states and them in Germany. This is the easiest add on to use and understand.

Amazing and simple plugin with a lot of options to modify and a superb and fast support. My theme had another template where the plugin had to be integrated. The Team implemented it free of charge within 24hours on a weekend! Incredible! I highly recommend this to everyone!

This app is mandatory for my type of store. I really recommend it because of the simplicity and the performance it has.
Also, speaking about the support, I can say some things:

Update* The app is now working 3/5 is now 5/5. As of 25/11/2022, it stopped working, waiting on support to report back. Disappointing that is happening, hopefully, the app will regain function. When it works it is great
