Customer service is fast and very helpful

We looked a so many apps to help us set up a simple Text Box. This was so Amazing. After we uploaded it we needed no adjustments. You can have as many text boxes as you need for different items. We would give them 10 / 10 if able. BEST APP EVER!

This app is perfect, it is easy to set up and does exactly what it advertises to do. I am happy to pay the monthly fee for the benefit it gives me.

So, I just downloaded this app, and everything was like hieroglyphics to me. I completed a quick help setup form and literally in MINUTES...and I mean MINUTES...a wonderful lady named Anna Louisa just emailed me, and fixed my issue like she was a magical, fairy unicorn. We used this app to add personalized laser engraving text to our products. Its easy to set up and customize to our liking. After we set it up we had trouble adding items to cart. We did not use their setup service before launching which was our mistake. We submitted a support ticket and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Great customer support!
