the app doesnt work anymore, support says it's working again but it's not, can you please fix it? I mean, it's black friday

Suddenly stopped working. Waste of time. Waste of money. Support hasn't helped with it either. So dissapointed

Hi, thanks for your review, We saw that in night time there was a problem occuring. It was a API timeout. It was resolved. The error was not in the app, but in an API.
