Poor experience overall and cannot recommend this app. Never works on my site and constantly disappears. When it does show up the text fields never come through on the order and will just show Textify. What??? Very poor app. Going to look for another. I need this to be fully functional as I am running a business and can't have clunky apps.

This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed. App tut, was sie soll. Und wenn sie es mal nicht tut, so hilft der Support (auch auf Deutsch) verlässlich weiter. Bisher beste Support-Erfahrung für mich mit allen Shopify-Apps. Es wird sogar auf Wünsche eingegangen, wenn man eine Funktion vermisst - und diese dann in angemessener Zeit umgesetzt. App ist zudem einfach zu bedienen und selbsterklärend.
Definately the best app I could ever wish for. A lot of personalization options and the customer service at the highest level. Quick responses and solutions to problems. I would recomend this for 100%!
The best app for writing text on product in Shopify without a doubt! Really intuitive, full of settings to customize, respects even the font of the theme and besides that the support with their admins is FANTASTIC, they made really meticulous changes for me on my website so that everything was in line with the rest of the elements on the product page. I recommend it 100% for both professional stores and new stores on Shopify. Congratulations for the work!
