This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
First time customer and my experience was excellent. Customer service was friendly and efficient. The monthly pricing is very affordable for someone that has no knowledge about coding. The App is very easy to install and use. Besides there are lots of videos to help you understand how to use the different features it offers. The app itself is super easy to use and solid. What really stood out was the amazing support team—they went above and beyond to help me adapt the app to work with another app I was using for the cart. Really appreciate their quick responses and willingness to assist. Highly recommend!

L’équipe est extrêmement réactive et accessible — à chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou le moindre souci, ils ont répondu en un temps record et ont tout réglé avec professionnalisme. On sent qu’ils sont vraiment à l’écoute de leurs utilisateurs.
C’est rare de trouver un support aussi efficace aujourd’hui.
