We are really satisfied with TextYess. The AI Assistant answers all of our customers' questions, even the most difficult ones, in a few of seconds. A key feature is that since we have customers from all around the world, the AI can guarantee continuous support in any language, offering a 24/7 WhatsApp multilingual shopping experience.
