The team are responsive to questions and concerns including Onboarding. When I had issues with charging that I misunderstood they took the time to explain and redress the situation. I recommend them.
Great tool - makes it super easy to automatically mail (physical) handwritten cards after my customers make purchases. Easy to set up and use - does exactly what it says. Some pages take a little bit to load, so don't worry when you see spinner.
Thanks for that feedback. There are a couple of slow pages, especially the first one that loads the app. There are some technical reasons for this, but we hope to be able to improve load times soon. Meantime, we're glad you're enjoying the app and that it's helping you with your business.
UPDATE as of July 2019: Pages are loading more quickly now.....
This app is very simple, but it's really all we need. It triggers a card with a handwritten message whenever a minimum purchase is made at our store (we set the amount). And it does that basic task well, which we know because of the responses we get. It sends a nice folded card in the mail which seems to get there pretty quickly (about 4 days?). I think you can do stuff like create a custom cover and some other things like your own handwriting, but we just went with one of theirs (for both). Highly recommended.
