Good, not great. Powerful features but can be cumbersome to use at times. Excellent customer support though.

The integration with Shopify was smooth and immediate, allowing me to sync products and manage orders effortlessly. The advanced segmentation features and dynamic product recommendations are powerful tools for personalizing campaigns. I particularly appreciate the RFM analysis, which helps us understand customer behavior better. The loyalty and referral programs have been a game changer for retaining customers and driving sales. While the setup took some getting used to, the user friendly interface and responsive customer have made the transition easier.
Ideal for those struggling large email volumes. Occasionally slow, but the powerful segmentation and audience tools compensate.
After comparing several platforms, theMarketer’s pricing and features won us over. The loyalty program integration is particularly impressive.
Decent for loyalty programs, but expected more template variety. Overall, it’s a good step up from what I used before
