Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.

It’s an amazing app. I brought it in because handling everything alone was getting impossible, and now Lyro AI takes care of all the first responses for me. It’s a shame there’s still some trouble with Japanese input, but the benefits easily outweigh that. Really great stuff.

Very good app and the AI is helpful, if you train it correctly it can answer all the basic and even complex previously asked questions. Very good app

There are different options, definitely cheaper than Tidio, but honestly, if you integrate everything and set it up right, the amount of things you can do is worth the effort. Its probably not for everybody, but if you do have to offer support for clients, this is a tool you should try.
