This may be the best kept secret of all the shopify eco system. Have tried maybe more than 10 chat solutions so far, but none would hold a candle to this in terms of useability, functionality and effectiveness. Would be happy if it could be a little cheaper but this really is great

Really simple and effective chat system. We use the free edition for live chat only and it is perfect for our needs. We have previously tested the auto chat bot system to prompt users to sign up for the mailing list and similar and it's really effective, though too expensive for our small budget sadly. Highly recommended anyway.

I love Tidio. I'm solo on customer support online, and using their tool allows me to handle customer requests from all my devices no matter where I am.
