Very easy to install and use! Customer service is very responsive. I absolutely love how this app works and looks.
As a growing store, we love being available to our customers as much as possible, in an easily accessible and convenient way. While not always the most user-friendly on the back-end, their support is A+ and they always help us get where we want to be.

のモバイルの部分で、丸いチャットボタンが、バグが発生して、吹き出しの絵柄が出ていなかったのですが、すぐにスタッフたちが、その問題に対して調べてくださり、1週間程度で解決しました。途中で投げ出さず、途中でわからないと言わない姿勢に、感動しました。日本の方も、使えるチャットツールなので利用していただきたいと思います。
So far this app has been great! It saved a sale that we would have lost within the first 10 minutes of us setting it up.

The #1 app for Conversational Commerce! An e-commerce must, especially for introducing new products in complicated markets, by helping consumers connect with your brand value. Modern design, smart interface..the dashboard could be a little easier in navigation, but awesome! Pro Account is worth every cent :)
Great customer support for any questions - they practise what they preach with an amazing live chat. Rafal was the best. In addition - the app is phenomenal.
Frankly, Tidio is amazing! They're going to save a lot of merchants from the "crash and burn" cycle because they have so many different options for the customer. My only pet peeve is that I have yet to merge with Facebook messenger - I set it up, but it's not functioning. I ended up having both messenger and "bot" on my homepage. However, I hope to fix that soon. Great job guys, but help me out with my messenger issue, please. Thanks.
