Absolutely stunning support, a well working app. Sometimes the desktop variant goes a bit funky, but usually alright. Wish there was a bit more integrations, but those are nice-to-have, and I know hard to follow those mushroom-growing app landscape. I do not need premium features but decided to go for the (bit pricey, for me) starter version to support them. I do not want to switch, and one can be careless with money sometimes :)

I have just completed my first week on the trial version and I am liking it very much. I did find the app would turn itself back on afterhours and although I named visitors, they often logged back in under a new ID #, so I wouldn't recognize returning visitors.
That said, I LOVE this app! I made a sale the first day I used it, one that would never have happened without it.
My store does not get a ton of visitors, so for now I have opted to continue on the free version. I only have one convo at a time, I don't use my phone for work.
But if the paid version could get me good info on returning customer behavior or maybe their name before they chat, so I don't have to ask for it, I may upgrade then.

So far so good. Very easy Dashboard nav to find your way around. Lots of nice, simple settings. Great support too. Definitely recommend for Shopify sites.

Best live chat and chatbot app for Shopify. It's amazing what it does to conversion rates! I use it on my shop https://mybeddy.com/ and couldn't be happier.
It's simple to set up and there's even an inbuilt live support chat in the app, so it's super easy to reach their incredibly helpful support team.
Free plan is great for stores that are starting out and once you build up some traffic upgrade to a paid plan is well worth it!

Works perfectly fine for me. I'm not sure if the program drops visitors slowly or if people just keep my site up, but my chat board can keep the same visitors on it for some time. Their online chat support is fantastic. I've used it a few times & they are always right there to answer any questions. Very polite & they know what they are doing.
