Great App! Very easy to use. I have had zero problems so far
I used the Chat to enquire about an issue and the experience was awesome because of the quick response
Doesn’t work. Been testing for a week. Messages don’t come through. And their chat support is useless. Kindly funny. The app they offer doesn’t even work for their support. Customer service is HUGE for us. They can even get us up and running.
I'm so sorry to hear that - the issue is caused by two chats being installed at the same time. One was added via the Shopify plugin, while the other one was installed manually using the JavaScript code. I've sent you an email from olek@tidio.net to coordinate next steps - it shouldn't take more than five minutes to fix.
I've been using Tidio App for two sites over the past year and half, Great features and automation to drive sales and customer interaction. I am also part of their Facebook group where you can speak directly to their staff. I had a few issues and started speaking to Rafal, 30 mins later.... everything was finely tuned to work nicely between two sites under one account.
You can not go wrong with this app because of their crew specifically Rafal. He is a pro and can take your business to the next level. We will always use Tidio because of the customer service they give as well as a great product!

Good app. Very easy to install and use. Plus they have a mobile app which is the most important feature for us. Chatting with customers on the go is easy with this app. Recommend! ;)
Fantastic app. Great insight into customer behaviour and good for helping customers faster with the pre-send/preview text feature. Only downfall is the price.. For small business with low traffic, it is very costly. For established well to do business, this price would be considered excellent in my opinion. Perhaps a lower cost for new business or small business that have low traffic under a certain number eg. less than 1k visitors per month. and so on. I know there is a free version, but i mean a lower costing version of the full version with the preview text or chat bots etc. The free version isn't very good. It lacks the best features.

Great app and great customer service! This is our go-to for customer chat and communication. The app has great analytics and attribution visibility. This month we did an additional $2K thanks to Tidio :) We'll worth the cost

Installed Tidio to increase customer engagement, and only after a few hours of being active we have collected a number of customer email addresses. Looking forward to upgrading to access more features, and seeing higher conversion rates.
