WOW WOW WOW - this APP is awesome. Powerful and flexible. Customer support is rock solid and held my hand all the way - I highly recommend.

Tidio is DOPE! I love it. I installed it just a few weeks ago and it works so much better than what I had before. I've been able to do some upselling through the chat feature too, which is always great! And I also love that they have an andriod app so I can answer questions from customers on the go. love that!

Just installed this app and customised it to our needs and to match our theme. So far it looks an amazing app with plenty of options. It was important for us to be able to interact through mobile which this app does offer. We would have liked a cheaper pro package for a single user though. Still giving it 5 stars for the team's effort in bringing such a useful, sleek and streamlined app.

I was doing a test run, I really liked how it has this alerting pop up sound, in a pleasant tone. It works perfectly fine and can be integrated into your facebook and instagram sales, so communication can be done in one setting.

Just installed this app and was pleased to find support ready and available to guide me through a couple settings. So far this is a great app easy to use and lots of nice features

So far so good. The app was super easy to install and we are off to the races now - within minutes. Customer service also seems helpful as they already checked in with us.
