Love it! Just wished there was a noise that i could add the the chat that was louder? other than that fantastic.
Tidied was so easy to install. And the off-line messaging works unlike olark which I was using before this. The chat pop-up is a little bit bigger than I'd like it and I wish I could control the size of it otherwise it works great!
The chat support is really helpful! And the agent is really nice, especially Daniel!! The app helps my shopify!

My favorite part is downloading the PC "app" and getting a notification every time a new visitor comes to the store!
