downloaded it a couple of hours ago. wow. nice layout. easy to use. can get lost with all the bot triggers and actions. have to allocate some time to really dive into it. its free, easy to use and very detailed. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it stuttered when we have a major sale and we had a lot of traffic on our website. We uninstalled and started using another chat that we love and can handle volume.

I just installed the app and although I didnt have enough time yet to experience the daily operational part of the app, I want to say that the customer service is impeccable.
