This is amazing. They have conditional logic where you can essentially automate your own chat bot. This sends a message to all your users and welcomes them/way more complicated features. It also let me put my welcome message in any language. This is the chat bot app for you.

I used Tidio Live Chat for my old website, and tried another apps. Turns out Tidio was the simplest yet the best live chat app!
Prompt service, is willing to help me in all necessary ways. Note 10! Points for improvement, would be self-explanatory video tutorials on each page or tool, to streamline the execution of tasks.

The Tidio Chat app is good and I can recommend to anyone.
Such a great app! Way better than one of those Facebook messenger apps I've tried. This looks and works very professionally and also has a mobile and desktop app so you can interact easily.
