The app is good but the tech support is not so good. I have been having an issue of receiving mutiple duplicate emails in our dashboard for over a month now and the team has not been able to resolve the same.
Sometimes their team takes over a week to respond.
I would like to escalate this issue to their senior team so they can resolve my query as soon as possible.

Es realmente útil, lo tengo conectado también a Facebook e Instagram y funciona bastante bien, me preocupaba un poco que tuviera idioma Inglés como predeterminado ya que mi tienda está completamente en español, pero hasta ahora no he tenido problemas

I'm still early using Tidio but so far it has been great. They also reset my chatbot quota because I ended up triggering a ton with my own testing.

Absolutely love this app! I have a small store so for a beginner it's amazing that I can find apps like this that offer a free plan, not to mention it is extremely helpful to boost your sales! Customer support is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
