Very great app. I love that it does everything, abandoned carts, chat and automations. The have a mobile app and desktop app that makes it very realistic for our small team to be available for chat all whenever required

So far I like this app. I've been able to connect with the people who are online on my site at any given time. We are new to shopify and the app process, so this is fun. I like what I see so far!

So happy to have found this app - have been looking for something like this, but wasn't ready to commit to the price of other options. The free version of this has been great for our business so far. No hassle to install, great customer service and support when I have had questions.
There is also an app that can be downloaded for your phone, so you can get notifications that was and respond quickly. Highly recommend Tidio!
We are currently using the app to allow our online shop to become more interactive. We can already see the impact although we are still at the beginning! Tidio has a great support team! They are extremely fast providing you with answers and helpful!
