Everyone should have Tidio! I am not just saying this for no reason at all, it is a chat box that can be utilized any where you are. Even on your desktop! I had Tidio for my store last year then decided to try out the shopify inbox. However, that was a big mistake leaving Tidio as the shopify inbox is experiencing tech problems, and I was unable to communicate with my customers. Thus, I decided to give Tidio another try, and I am so grateful to be able to integrate them once again! My customer rep Martin, is amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and helpful to no end! He is so incredible, I hope he gets a raise! :) Because of his help, I am able to chat with my customers right from my desktop without a browser! How awesome is that!!?? EDIT: The guys at Tidio have kindly help put in place a block for all the countries that have been spamming. This has worked a charm.

Installed the app and has been working absolutely fine - no complaints at all. Unfortunately, within minutes, i was being spammed by countless dodgy marketers (90% from Nigeria) and there was no way for me to stop or block the country from messaging me. I was constantly having to "ban" each user, which became tedious and a huge waste of my time. I chatted to the support staff at Tidio and they told me they had no plans in place to prevent this kind of spam. This has, in turn, made an incredibly good app unusable for me. Hopefully the dev team will look into a way to stop this kind of spam so that we can use the app as it should be.

I love Arek, helped me really well and wasn't annoying like other regular customer support people. You can only have 100 conversations via the chat each month. I love the multilanguage feature which is perfect for shops that sell in different languages. its a very good app in my opinion with broad customization and good customer support. It helps me with conversion rate because you can give everyone couponcode.

It's early days but so far so good. I have a slightly complicated setup with subdomains but this has been navigated with brilliant support from the Tidio team.

I am loving the fact that the integration with Shopify allows our customers to get immediate responses to some questions such as shipping costs, order tracking and more. This give the customer immediate service through the bot and saves me a job as well. I quickly got familiar with how the bots are set up and I am not a coder, just an average user. I'm excited to see where this leads us.

It is pretty nice to have everything in one place. They kind of got me an email for my website and I'm adding everything else to be able to see messages together. And I now know that I can chat with my customer.

Foremost we have a multi language shop and we want at least the chat widget and the bot texts to appear at least in 9 languages. A lot of work to set up, but Tidio can make it happen. Recently installed Tidio on a 2nd shopify store where before I installed Tidio, the native Shopify chat app was blocking the whole screen on mobile, so if customers left a message, they could not go back to the website, with Tidio absolute not the case, works smoothly. Now I have access to the chat communications from 2 websites in 1 app. and our facebook and instagram accounts are connected as well, so overall extremely happy how Tidio performs.

Absolutely love this app! I have a small store so for a beginner it's amazing that I can find apps like this that offer a free plan, not to mention it is extremely helpful to boost your sales! Customer support is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Absolutely stunning support, a well working app. Sometimes the desktop variant goes a bit funky, but usually alright. Wish there was a bit more integrations, but those are nice-to-have, and I know hard to follow those mushroom-growing app landscape. I do not need premium features but decided to go for the (bit pricey, for me) starter version to support them. I do not want to switch, and one can be careless with money sometimes :)

Tidio has very responsive customer service. Made the switch from was seriously not too thrilled about the initial chat service that our store was using, and Tidio definitely has surpassed expectations, with integrations, fast customer service (that's actually people), and the ChatBots make my life way easier... sure beats programming in responses and triggers to every possible scenario. Lol!

Simple the best chat app around. Especially for Shopify users. Easy install, great usage. Great support that is always reachable. Love this app and the functionalities of it. Highly recommended for every store that wants to do just that much more for their customers! :)
