The app is as good as it's customer service, which is 5-stars in our company's opinion. One of the best parts is that you get to use the app to learn how to make your own app better. The Tidio team is always there when you need them, and are helpful and patient no matter what we've wanted to know. We're very glad we found this app for our store. And I'm confident our customers are, too.
Day 1 and so far so good - helped with conversions already today!

I think this is one of the best apps on the market today. And although its price is high, it is worth every penny invested in it. Using this application, you won’t even have the thought of looking for something else, since it has almost everything you need. In addition, the guys are constantly improving it and adding new functionality. If you compare the version from 3 years ago with the current one, you will see how far we have come both in terms of adding functionality and in terms of improving what already worked well.
This app is amazing and love all the ways you can customize the experience. Love the desktop/mobile app features that provide flexibility to respond promptly anywhere I am. Also, the service for this app is AMAZING. It's actually my favourite part of it! Love being able to talk to real people when I'm in need of help and they address all of my concerns. Thank you !

I was hesitant to use a chat because we already had WhatsApp. However, in just a few months, Tidio has really made a huge difference in our conversion rate, The chatbots are great and our customers love the idea to talk to an agent. We are very happy to have Tidio. It has been a great investment, and the customer service is great!
