So far so good. Very easy Dashboard nav to find your way around. Lots of nice, simple settings. Great support too. Definitely recommend for Shopify sites.

Best live chat and chatbot app for Shopify. It's amazing what it does to conversion rates! I use it on my shop https://mybeddy.com/ and couldn't be happier.

It's simple to set up and there's even an inbuilt live support chat in the app, so it's super easy to reach their incredibly helpful support team.

Free plan is great for stores that are starting out and once you build up some traffic upgrade to a paid plan is well worth it!

Works perfectly fine for me. I'm not sure if the program drops visitors slowly or if people just keep my site up, but my chat board can keep the same visitors on it for some time. Their online chat support is fantastic. I've used it a few times & they are always right there to answer any questions. Very polite & they know what they are doing.

Love this app. We are still using the free version but so far, it has been working great. We love that there are 3 different chat box looks that you can choose from, and you can customize the colors to have it fit flawlessly with your store. Also, its great knowing that your customers are only a chat away and can ask questions whenever some come up. We love the phone and desktop integrations so that you never miss a chat from your customer. It lets you set chat times and select where you want to place your chat and how it will look like. Love this app!

Really good!! Customer service guys are really helpful. Easy to use. It does everything we need all in one app, live chat, autobots, automated discount, abandoned cart and customer order tracking, much better than having to use various app. Im sure it can do more but we have only just started using it. Can not fault it so far!!
