I would recommend this app to other stores, as it is a great way to interact with customers, especially with those interested in making a specific purchase. It's another avenue, besides phone and email, to reach out to customers needing help. At first, there were a few technical difficulties (it seemed to cut out, etc.), but it has since improved and we don't have those issues anymore.

Tidio has been a great help in servicing our customers in real time. Very easy to set up and a snap to use. Our customers have clearly been happy having support just a click away!

Applicazione funzionale e molto d'aiuto. Modificabile al 100%. Attenzione però alla lingua che settate all'inizio, potrebbe non funzionare con l'intera discussione. Basta settare le frasi nel box.

I am using Tido and as of now, I feel that everything is fine.
