Tidio is very easy to use and the support is excellent! I would highly recommend Tidio to anyone that needs a live chat widget on their website.

Incredible functionality, using tidio on two sites, but I can get messages from both sites in the tidio back office. Integration with email and Facebook messaging is phenomenal! Support is awesome! Thank you!

Tidio is really easy to install and has many options (even the free version).
Would be nice if you could integrate whats'app or an existing app with it so I don't have to open the app all the time. But no complaints here, because I'm using the free version :)

I love this application, one of the best I have ever had, I had just had a problem and the help from the customer service has been incredible, Martin has helped me at all times and everything was super easy! Very happy

Tidio is by far the best LiveChat, Ticketing system we have ever used. We tried Gorgias and it lacked the fundamentals. Tidios support is amazing, their platform is so reliable, we are more than happy!
