Love this app very easy to use, great interface. Support is 100%, i chatted till 10.30pm. The bot will save us loads of time.

Very impressed that I received a chat just 5 minutes after install and turn a "on the verge" unhappy customer, into a happy one with just a couple of pieces of info about their order.

Great support, user-friendly and practical service. Easy to change branding, a premium service which you need to purchase, but overall very smooth to setup.

I needed to know how to remove the Tidio chat from my password page as I am yet to launch my business. Martin was super efficient in helping me out and within 30 seconds was able to navigate me to the right place to do so! What a great app!

Load time is significantly faster than Tawk.to that we were using previously. Support is immediate and fantastic! 5 star App for sure!

Using the free version and have found this app really easy to set up and use. Just don't forget to log out when you are not online!

Just installed, looks great so far and I am excited about the mobile app. I changed over from a different chat app that did not include mobile, now I don't need to be glued to my desktop just in case...perfect for small businesses like mine.
