Great App! Very useful to my business

Extremely proactive and responsive support. I signed up on their website with what I thought was the Forever Free plan. I checked my dashboard and it said I was on a Paid plan. I immediately messaged support. Olek responded and manually fixed the issue. He then walked me through all the detailed steps to install their javascript in my theme. And that was it. Thanks Olek!

I was a little bit sceptical about whether it would help the store and how easy it would be to setup. I LOVE TIDIO! Wish I had done it ages. Really helps with conversions and a doddle to set up. Monthly cost is fair too :)

This chat app is a MUST HAVE. I originally used Shopify PING and this one is 10x better and the FREE PLAN is perfect for 90% of small businesses. I have been using it for over a month on the free plan and I love it. What sealed the deal for me was they have a desktop app that perfectly syncs with the mobile chat app so I can respond to customers both on my phone or my desktop while I am working.

The best app for live chats. I tried other chat programs and none of them is comparable to this gem! Easy to use, great support and the best functions. Finally a development team that understands what a business needs!

it's more convenient than FB messenger, I think. And the customer service is there every time!!!!!!!
