the app is great, helps a ton, it makes your business easy, help you generate more sales, and help you manage your team well.

App works ok, but its absurd that removing the Tidio branding costs more per month than using the tool itself.
Not to mention very expensive to use the welcome bots and automation flows. For a small store to use them, you'll be paying more than your monthly Shopify fee.

this app is confusing pricing is confusing it has three tier what shown on the UI you end up paying around $100 for chatbots which is ok if it actually look at your product and create knowledge it is not. even you are paying $100 you are still tied to total 100 message its very costly
