Just started to use it but so far so good! I got the free version for now, if I love it I will definitely upgrade with time.

I use Tidio to help me automate. It is awesome. I am basing this review on only 48 hours of use, but it so far out of the 3 or so I have used over the last 2 years, this is by FAR the best. Worth every penny!

Very good chat app. They provide all main features in their free plan which is good for a new store to start with.

It's early days but so far so good. I have a slightly complicated setup with subdomains but this has been navigated with brilliant support from the Tidio team.

I am loving the fact that the integration with Shopify allows our customers to get immediate responses to some questions such as shipping costs, order tracking and more. This give the customer immediate service through the bot and saves me a job as well. I quickly got familiar with how the bots are set up and I am not a coder, just an average user. I'm excited to see where this leads us.
