We've only had but a month. So far set up has been simple. We like that the chat disappears when we are not available. The AI component seems like it will be extremely helpful. When we did have to troubleshoot an issue, support quickly responded and solved the issue.

So far so good. No complaints. I like the push notifications to my phone so I can answer no matter where I am to stay on top of customer service. Had the trail for a week or two. Decided to stick to the basic plan until I feel the need to upgrade to the Pro once I get more traffic.

Application works great. Tidio looks good, downloads fast and is very userfriendly.

Customer service is very plesant to work with. Chatbots are easy to set up and change and you can easily turn them on and off. The robot bots can track shipments and look up availability for your customers from information in your Shopify store. Recommend this app as one of the best. Much better reviews than a BIG NAME chat. Super awesome chat automation, can message people on request, handle multiple operators, integrates with google analytics... Since we installed it our conversions increased greatly ! Non intrusive either and highly recommended :)
