This is a wonderful App, it is very easy to communicate with your customers through there, app. Once the Customer sends a message to the chat box at the online store it will automatically come to your mail, then you can reply to it that instant. Recommended for everybody

After using a few live chat apps, Tidio is still the best choice out there in the app store. High recommended!

We like a lot to use Tidio! It helps su a lot to talk with our visitors or customers. Easy to setup and to customize. Their support is high quality and quick response. Highly recommended!

I've have been using this for about a month - I switched from Olark which is highly regarded but it didn't have a mobile feature. So unless I was sitting down in front of my laptop I could only get emails from our customers - which is sucky customer service. The set up was easy however when I updated the iOS on my phone the mobile chat feature did not work if not in wifi (which I am generally not). So I was stuck again forced to sit in front of a screen to do CS.

Check out carbonthat.com.au for as a test site. The Free plan is plenty, but depending on your site sessions, investing an extra few dollars a month, is well worth it. And Props to Martin from Live Chat, helped me every step of the way!

Links well with the iOS app, great job guys.
