Hi, I have uninstalled the app but still the widget gets popped up in the store. how to disable it. what is the process.

The option to have both a free or paid membership is fantastic. You can get this app to suit your individual site needs. The availability of chat on your phone is a great feature. Out of the office? Doesn't matter you can respond to customer inquiries on the move. Easy integration it was up and running in seconds and was easy to get the hang of.

This app is amazing! The modern live chat box looks unreal on my website! My customers are more likely to give feedback or reach out with the chat rather than the typical contact us now page!

Solid since you can run it from any device - people can ask anything all day and creates a sense of trust that other websites don't have. The design makes it so it;s impossible to not have it match your theme. Highly recommend.

Been using the App for several months now and without a doubt, one of the best chat Apps out there. I can engage with potential clients and direct them to the proper page as well as answer any queries they may have. My only issue and its a small one is that I am unable to see who is visiting my site after store hours. If they could fix this it would be even a better App! Thanks again and great work over to the team at Tidio.

Great app. just started using it and it was very easy to set up, including chat bots. Support were very quick to get back to me when I needed help.

Did my research and I have to say, this is by far the best option out there. The pre-chat email capture and the ability to make custom chatbots (I love automation), make this an instant favourite app for me. Thank you Tidio!

Super helpful, quick resolution, available when needed and an all round great experience. Support can often be overlooked when an app provides a great function but when you have a top class app with great features as well as a great support team, it truly is the best combination!
