Great support! I was kindly walked through an issue I was having and got it resolved very quickly. Awesome app, great capabilities, great design and smartphone app makes it very easy to keep in touch with customers! Do recommend.

The support staff is ready and willing to help with all your concerns. And I have seen this application in action on a couple of other shopify stores out there and it’s looks professional and good. They also offer flexibility in terms of plans and pricing. The only issue for me was that the application appeared to have a glitch but it turns out I just needed to clear the browser. Support ...

I have not really had a chance to try this out yet, but the support staff has been Fantastic! I think this will be a huge plus on my site once I get everything set up and rolling.

Great app...had it installed on my site for less than a week and I ended up getting a $700 sale directly because of a chat I had with a potential customer using Tidio. Features I needed said updgrade plan or contact us. I did both and still nothing could not access the features. The order tracking did not work at all. Lyro was giving random information that did not match anything it was given even though it was given 30 manual questions and answers and the links to FAQ and more.
