These guys made something great. Finally someone who understands the importance of good UX/UI in chat. Easy to use, integrate and customize. Free solution and very affordable upgrade options.

There is no way to bind the tidio shopify app to another email address, you would have to start from scratch and lose all previous conversations.

It is a very nice app. I would prefer to not have to switch back and forth on projects to answer chats, but otherwise it is great.

Having Connectivity issues where settings would not save, would not load, etc. Now I cannot even open the app, cannot deactivate the chat bot

So Far so Good. I used the chat to get an installation issue resolved quickly. I'll know for sure after I implement it.

The option to have both a free or paid membership is fantastic. You can get this app to suit your individual site needs. The availability of chat on your phone is a great feature. Out of the office? Doesn't matter you can respond to customer inquiries on the move. Easy integration it was up and running in seconds and was easy to get the hang of.

This app is amazing! The modern live chat box looks unreal on my website! My customers are more likely to give feedback or reach out with the chat rather than the typical contact us now page!
