This app is great. Easy to integrate into your store, and customizable to match your theme colors. The added ability to download an app to chat with customers from my phone was something I was not expecting in a free app. I highly recommend it.

Installed the app months ago. We had to halt production of our website while figuring out the best approach to continue for our company. We came back and our trial had ended spoke with the support team and they extended the trial for us. Instant reply when I asked my question and the backends UI is amazing and straightforward very professional group from my first impressions. Think this app is going to help us a ton with communicating with our customers while they are on our website.

We love Tidio Chat!! It is a great tool to help us help customers as they are browsing our site. Sometimes people have questions about the sizing of kids clothes, this a perfect way to get them an answer right away.

Im really satisfied by the support, the only issue im facing is the IOS app which is working so slow.

As a growing store, we love being available to our customers as much as possible, in an easily accessible and convenient way. While not always the most user-friendly on the back-end, their support is A+ and they always help us get where we want to be.

のモバイルの部分で、丸いチャットボタンが、バグが発生して、吹き出しの絵柄が出ていなかったのですが、すぐにスタッフたちが、その問題に対して調べてくださり、1週間程度で解決しました。途中で投げ出さず、途中でわからないと言わない姿勢に、感動しました。日本の方も、使えるチャットツールなので利用していただきたいと思います。
