Just getting started, but seems like a great app. Modern design, easy to use and flexible. Also, the iPhone app that goes with it seems really good.

This app has been Just what we needed! Easy to install, Easy to use and customers love it! I've had increased sales with the chat-bots and allows me to have even better customer service, as customers can message me so easily. Also helps our company look more established! Thank you!

サポートにも日本語のままやりとりを送ってお返事をいただけます!(返事は英語でしたが…

So far I am very happy. I wanted a very simple to use LIVE Chat module to provide instant help to any visitors online. I am sure we will begin to use all of the available features as time goes on. But for now just having a very simple but effective chat program at a very good price is great for us. Thank you!

Great support team. Any ideas I have, I run them by the team and they're always there to help. The upgraded feature of being able to see what customers are typing, really gives us an advantage to answering customer questions faster. And fast support is what customers need.

A very good app that matches the needs of our start-up! Whether you take the free or premium version, it has very interesting features and you're not really limited in your communication with visitors. Plus, they have a great support team, very reactive! I recommend ! :)
