Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots

This may be the best kept secret of all the shopify eco system. Have tried maybe more than 10 chat solutions so far, but none would hold a candle to this in terms of useability, functionality and effectiveness. Would be happy if it could be a little cheaper but this really is great

We are using Tidio so that we can reply to any queries that customers may have in real time. That's what we wanted, that's what it does! We're finding that this is really popular and encourages sales by meeting any doubts customers might have. It was really easy to set up and is very flexible to configure so that it complements our website design very attractively. The dashboard interface is very intuitive to use. There seems to lots of other useful features to explore so we're minded to do that, as its all been good so far.

Really simple and effective chat system. We use the free edition for live chat only and it is perfect for our needs. We have previously tested the auto chat bot system to prompt users to sign up for the mailing list and similar and it's really effective, though too expensive for our small budget sadly. Highly recommended anyway.

I love Tidio. I'm solo on customer support online, and using their tool allows me to handle customer requests from all my devices no matter where I am. I've set up a number of chatbots (premium feature) to handle FAQ and situations where customers just need a little extra guidance, but it's generally the same set of questions about pickups, wholesale or custom products. When there are a lot of customers shopping, this takes the pressure off an lets me focus on the ones who need specific help making their purchase. Being able to see what pages customers have visited and see their questions as they type them (both premium features that are worth it), make providing support much faster and easier. I'm also really happy with the level of support Tidio's team provides. They've been very responsive and helpful.

I downloaded Tidio at the recommendation of a friend to use its chat bot services. I have also used the marketing campaign service and find it to be a very easy app to use, very professional and clean looking too. I especially want to give a shout out to their customer service, which is TOP NOTCH! Their agents are very quick to respond and knowledgeable about the app. Really, really appreciate all their help. worth the price, does everything i need and fast, there are other chatbots out for less money or free but you have to configure so much, and in the end time is money so tido is perfect.
